If you’re going to miss your Agent’s visit and you can’t arrange an alternative visit or make a payment to your Agent in advance, you can call Provident directly on 1800 553 083 to make a repayment by card.

If your circumstances have changed, meaning you are frequently unable to pay your Agent at your usual arranged time, then please discuss your change in circumstances with your Agent. If you are unable to discuss this with your Agent, please call Provident on 1800 553 083.

We all know that circumstances can quickly change, so if you find yourself in a situation where you think that you may not be able to make your next repayment or you are struggling with the amount that you need to repay, there are things you can do. 

If you’d like to settle your account early the best way is to get in touch with your Agent. They’ll explain what your options are, and what will happen if you pay your loan back early.
