Have a complaint?
At Provident, customers are at the heart of our business. We aim to provide a high standard of customer care and satisfaction and therefore take all complaints very seriously and will try to put things right. If you have a complaint:
Emails from Provident always include your customer number. If you've had an email that doesn't include your customer number it could be a phishing email. Phishing is an online scam. If you think you've had a phishing email:
1. Do not reply to the email and NEVER follow any links
2. Forward the email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Delete the email from your inbox
