Our face to face service is at the heart of what we do and allows us to develop a detailed understanding of your circumstances.

Transparent service

We offer a service to customers who may otherwise be refused a loan. There are a number of reasons why people are often refused a loan, from a poor credit history, to not being a home owner.

We are passionate about the transparent service we provide. Under no circumstances do we increase interest, or add on any hidden fees ever during the course of your loan, so you always know what your repayments are. Should your circumstances change, your Agent will be on hand to discuss your options and help you to manage your loan repayments more effectively.  

Provident Agents

Our Agents are what sets us aside from many of our competitors. Many live in the same communities as our customers so have a greater understanding of some situations the community faces. The Agents are there to talk through the loan applications, make the lending decision and, if successful, deliver your loan and collect repayments at a time that's convenient to you both. You can ask your Agent anything about your loan, or speak to them about any concerns you have regarding your repayments.  

We care

Whilst you may not get your loan instantly, our service means that your Agent will take the time to get to know you to ensure that the loan really is right for your needs, and we think that's more important.

At Provident, we strongly believe in looking after the communities in which we work. Through our Good Neighbour schemes, we work within communities in order to address issues such as inclusion and money advice, whilst also investing in research to find out what matters to our customers.
