A face to face service
With Provident, an Agent will call round to discuss your loan options, assess your income and outgoings as part of an affordability assessment and complete the application discreetly in your home.
Proof of ID, address and income
As part of the Agent visit you'll be asked to provide proof of your ID and address. You'll also be asked for documentation that will verify your income to ensure the loan is suitable, affordable and sustainable for you.

You'll need to have legible photocopies of your documents for your Agent to take away with them. They will not be able to approve the loan without this.
