1. Can I view my statement online?

   • Unfortunately statements are currently not available on My Provident, but you can request a statement at anytime should you need one. Just give your local office a call (the number will be on your repayment book) or contact head office on 1800 481 002 to request one.

2. Can I order a statement?

   • Yes you can – just give your local office a call (the number will be on your repayment book) or contact head office on 1800 481 002 and we’ll get you an up-to-date copy in the post. This should be with you within 7 working days of your call.

3. What happens if I want to settle my account early?

   • Just get in touch with your Agent to chat through your options. They’ll explain what happens if you pay your loan off early and whether we owe you any money.
     

4. What will my statement tell me?

   • Your loan statement will show all payment activity on your loan(s) from the past year and provides you with a record, very similar to your payment book. You should check your statement against your payment book to make sure everything is as you would expect and keep it safe.

5. Is there any charge for a statement?

   • No, there is no charge – statements are supplied free.
